SkillMix is an AI-native consultancy based in Rotterdam and Antwerp. We build production-grade AI systems for SMEs and corporates: automations, agent systems, and ML models that solve real business problems. Our clients do not pay if the system does not work. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

This academic year, we are opening two internship seats for an AI engineer who wants to work on real projects, with real stakes, from day one.

What you will work on:

You will be embedded in live client engagements across AI automation, agent systems, and machine learning. No internal sandbox projects. No slide decks. You build systems that ship.

Who we are looking for

• BSc or MSc student in CS, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar
• You have built something with code and can show it
• You are comfortable presenting to clients on day 1
• Exposure to LLMs or agent frameworks is a plus
• You care about output, not optics
