BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

NETHERLANDS | SHIPBUILDING, OFFSHORE & INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

At RNDV, we are expanding our presence in one of Europe's most important industrial markets: the Netherlands. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who will become the face of RNDV in the Dutch market and help create long-term growth opportunities across our companies.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will operate as a strategic market representative, relationship builder, and opportunity creator, helping our group gain earlier access to major industrial, offshore, shipbuilding, energy, and infrastructure projects.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

• Drive RNDV's business growth and market expansion across the Dutch shipbuilding, offshore, industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with shipyards, EPC contractors, industrial companies, asset owners and other key market stakeholders
• Identify, qualify and secure early engagement opportunities in major projects, investments and procurement programs before formal tender processes begin
• Develop strategic account plans and build long-term partnerships with key customers and decision-makers
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of high-value business opportunities aligned with RNDV's multidisciplinary service portfolio
• Collaborate closely with internal business units to coordinate opportunities and deliver integrated solutions across electrical, steel, insulation, scaffolding, coating and industrial services
• Monitor market developments, investment activity, competitor actions and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Represent RNDV in customer meetings, industry events and networking activities, strengthening the company's visibility and reputation in the Dutch market

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales or Key Account Management
• Strong network within the Dutch shipbuilding, offshore, industrial, energy or EPC sectors
• Proven success in developing new business opportunities and long-term customer relationships
• Strong understanding of complex industrial project environments
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert market opportunities.
• Experience within shipbuilding, offshore, EPC, energy, infrastructure or heavy industry sectors
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and highly accountable approach to work
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
• Professional fluency in English and Dutch

LOCATION: Roosendaal, Netherlands

MONTHLY SALARY: €6.000–€8,000 gross depending on knowledge and experience, annual bonus scheme
