Community & Content Partner

Unreciped started because we were tired. Tired of optimising, of being productive, of only making things that had to be good. So we started gathering people around tables to make wonky pots and crooked punch needle pieces... and it turned out a lot of people were tired too.

Today, Unreciped is a creative community in Rotterdam and The Hague (and growing into more cities next year). Every season, small groups spend four weeks trying new crafts in local studios. We've sold out our cohorts, and the community keeps growing, so we're looking for someone to help us look after it online, a few hours a week.

What you'd take care of

→ Community management across Instagram, WhatsApp and our seasonal groups

→ Regular Instagram stories and content

→ Fresh ideas for how we show up online (Gen Z perspectives very welcome!)

→ Growing our online community, with honest advice along the way

→ Understanding our data: where our community comes from and which channels work best, so we can invest our marketing budget wisely

→ Optional: joining workshops to create content or support on-site

Who are we looking for?

Someone with a background in marketing, sales or communication, who isn't afraid to show up, speak up and ask questions, and who is genuinely looking to learn. You don't need to have it all figured out. Bonus points if you make things yourself (badly or beautifully) and if you're based in or near Rotterdam or The Hague.

We are open to freelancers/ contractors and students or interns looking for real, hands-on experience.

As partners. You decide how, where and when you work. No micromanaging, we just want someone who genuinely wants to keep building this with us.
