Customer Service Representative DE / NL

Requirements

▪ Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (German C2)

▪ At least intermediate knowledge of Dutch, both spoken and written (Dutch B1)

▪ Professional communication on the phone

▪ An interest in technical products or structures

▪ A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

▪ An independent and accurate way of working

▪ Availability for 24 to 38 hours per week

▪ Availability on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays and Fridays as a minimum

▪ Minimum 2 years in similar role

▪ Experience with CRM system

▪ Proactive, team-oriented, excellent communication skills, curious, service minded

Tasks & Responsibilities

▪ Serve as the first point of contact for German customers.

▪ Answer questions about orders and products.

▪ Advise customers on projects.

▪ Turn construction plans into complete product lists or quotations.

▪ Process orders, returns and quotations.

▪ Contribute ideas to improve customer service.

▪ Support colleagues serving the Dutch and English markets.
