Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Specialist

For a client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Specialist to strengthen cybersecurity awareness and promote secure behaviours among employees, management and customers.

You will help translating behavioural insights into engaging initiatives that build a strong security culture and improve resilience against evolving cyber threats, including AI-enabled risks.

Your job

• Research opportunities to improve security culture across management, client-facing teams and customer environments.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and behavioural change interventions.
• Promote positive role modelling, verification and timely reporting.
• Coordinate cybersecurity events and manage Team Security Moments (TSM).
• Manage projects and stakeholders from concept through delivery and evaluation.
• Support AI-enabled risk and cultural interventions in line with relevant regulatory requirements.

Your profile

• Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in awareness, education or culture, behavioural change, organisational psychology or learning and development.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong research, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across IT, business and senior management.
• Hands-on, proactive and passionate about promoting secure behaviours.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English , written and spoken.
• Video-editing skills are a plus.
