About The Role We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the software that serves thousands of visitors daily and generates hundreds of new customer inquiries. You will work on the entire customer journey, from initial website visits to personalized digital quotes, all developed in-house. Your expertise in both frontend and backend development will ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performance features. You will collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other team members to continuously improve our platform, implement new functionalities, and enhance user experience. The position offers a flexible working schedule of 32-40 hours per week, with a competitive salary ranging from €3,500 to €5,500, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Laravel and PHP
• Proven experience in building scalable and maintainable backend systems
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript for frontend development
• Ability to write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Experience with code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards
• Knowledge of or interest in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Experience working within an Agile environment, participating in standups, refinements, and retrospectives
• Ownership mentality and proactive approach to development tasks
• Familiarity with deployment processes, monitoring tools like Grafana, and issue tracking with Sentry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-stack features that enhance the entire customer journey, from website interactions to digital quotes
• Maintain and improve the quality of the codebase through testing, code reviews, and adherence to standards
• Address technical debt by optimizing architecture, enhancing performance, and streamlining processes
• Ensure stable and reliable software releases by supporting deployment pipelines and monitoring application performance
• Collaborate with team members to plan, refine, and deliver new functionalities in an Agile setting
• Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience
• Integrate AI tools into development workflows to improve efficiency and innovation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to web development
