## About the Role

Withthegrid is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join its cloud team and help develop the Teleport cloud platform, a key connection between Teleport devices and customers. The role spans backend/cloud and frontend development, including a public REST API, data-forwarding integrations, device monitoring, and web interfaces that allow customers to configure and manage their Teleports.

You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with engineers, the Commercial team, the Head of Operations, and customers. The role combines feature development, bug fixing, scalability, customer-focused problem-solving, and software architecture as Withthegrid works toward supporting several hundred thousand devices in the field.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop new features across the Teleport cloud platform.

* Build and maintain frontend and backend solutions using TypeScript, Vue.js, Vuetify, Node.js, Kafka, and Valkey.

* Develop and maintain public REST APIs and integrations for forwarding data.

* Build web interfaces that enable customers to configure and manage Teleports.

* Ensure device messages and data are handled in a scalable, reliable, and secure manner.

* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs.

* Research and implement software and architecture patterns to improve scalability.

* Contribute to solutions designed to support several hundred thousand devices in the field.

* Prevent defects through effective development and engineering practices.

* Collaborate closely with engineering, Commercial, Operations, and customers.

* Translate user and business needs into scalable technical solutions.

* Stay current with new technologies and continuously expand technical knowledge.
