FI Analytics is a young and ambitious company focused on digital marketing and data analysis. We're looking for a Content Specialist to join our team of digital marketing experts. In our fast-growing business, high-quality content is a key driver for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Europe. We are looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, data-driven content, and creating meaningful connections with our audience.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement a content strategy that supports our marketing and business objectives across all stages of the customer journey.
• Conduct research on target audiences, analyze competitors, and identify content opportunities in the German-speaking market.
• Create and optimize content in various formats, including blogs, landing pages, white papers, web copy, emails, and social media posts.
• Apply SEO best practices, perform keyword research, and improve existing content to maximize search performance and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and external partners to increase reach and impact across organic and paid channels.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards while managing deadlines and stakeholder reviews.

Who are you?

• Fluent in German and able to communicate professionally in English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in content creation or content marketing, preferably within digital marketing or finance-related industries.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with CMS systems
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 & GTM) and other web analytics tools to measure content performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently manage projects.
• Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
