What You will Do
- Optimize and innovate the menu and work methods.
- Guide and mentor trainee chefs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
- Monitor the quality of dishes and oversee the progress of kitchen tasks.
- Schedule staff shifts.
About You
- Positive, creative, enthusiastic, and driven.
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certified in Social Hygiene.
- Knowledge of HACCP and allergen regulations.
