Role Description The Maintenance Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations and ensuring equipment reliability. This position coordinates maintenance activities, assigns tasks to maintenance staff, and monitors the completion and quality of maintenance and repair work. The Maintenance Lead develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules, maintains accurate maintenance records, and ensures compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The role involves diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance. The Maintenance Lead also supports continuous improvement initiatives, manages maintenance inventory, and provides guidance and training to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to oversee and execute daily maintenance activities.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance to plan and implement proactive maintenance schedules.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues promptly.
• Relevant experience in leading maintenance teams, coordinating workloads, and improving maintenance processes in an industrial, commercial, or facility setting.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, facility operations, and basic mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and work orders, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and standard maintenance tools is an advantage.
