NFR Control Specialist

About this role

Non-Financial Risk control specialist within the End-to-End NFR Program, which is a regulatory, organisation-wide change program with high strategic and regulatory priority. We have an urgent capacity gap and are trying to fill it in via internal and external resourcing.

The job

To secure capacity on very short term, we need contracting capacity. Work will focus on the optimisation of the current control set, starting with a follow-up on existing analysis of gaps and preliminary guidance, followed by a rationalisation and improvement of control frameworks in selected areas using a newly developed AI tool. Working with other workstreams within the project, Policy/Risk Type Owners, BaU (risk) teams and 1st Line owners of the controls. Coordinating, monitoring and reporting progress is a major task of this project.

Results: Control Framework optimisation/clean up and solving control gaps. Redesigned guidelines, procedures, training and communication material for stakeholders. Dashboard to monitor and report progress.

Your skills

• Proven knowledge of key banking processes and optimatising (Non-Financial) Risk and Control Frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of control design, and testing of control effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of GRC workflows.
• Experience in coordinating tasks and strong stakeholder's management skills.
• Affinity with AI.

Our offer

Hourly rate: €112 - €121
