Operations Supervisor

We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to support and oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle and driver management, maintenance coordination, and service quality control. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with automotive experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think fast under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the driver and vehicle fleet
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims
• Monitor service quality, revenue performance, and team productivity
• Manage and train new drivers , and support performance recognition programs
• Organize driver groups into efficient, manageable clusters
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Automotive, Business, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and insurance processes
• Hands-on experience managing technical vehicle issues and driver operations
• Strong problem-solving skills in operational and incident scenarios
• Fluent in Dutch(optional)
