FormX is looking for a Warehouse Employee / Logistics Assistant to join our team in Amsterdam-West.

In this role, you will help keep our central warehouse running efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure orders are prepared accurately, products are handled with care, and shipments reach our customers on time.

Our central warehouse in Amsterdam is at the heart of our operations, working closely with our purchasing, sales and other teams.

What will you be doing?

As a member of our warehouse team, you will handle incoming and outgoing goods daily.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking, checking, and preparing customer orders
• Packing products carefully and securely for shipment
• Registering and processing shipments in our shipping system
• Receiving deliveries and checking incoming goods
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Replenishing stock and putting products in their correct warehouse locations
• Keeping inventory and storage locations accurate and organized
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Identifying and reporting damaged, missing or incorrect products
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment
• Operating warehouse equipment, including a forklift when authorized
• Helping colleagues with other warehouse and logistics activities when needed

You will be working with a wide variety of products, from small packages and specialist materials to larger shipments and pallets.

What we would like you to bring:

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment, or a strong motivation to learn
• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
• A careful, accurate and organized way of working
• A practical, hands-on attitude and a willingness to help colleagues
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A responsible approach to workplace safety and handling goods
• The ability to perform physically active warehouse work, with appropriate equipment and support
• A forklift certificate is an advantage
• Living in Amsterdam or within reasonable commuting distance is helpful
