Pre sales engineer

Senior Sales Engineer 🇳🇱 | Behavior Intelligence for AI Agents | Insider Threats | Netherlands | Benelux & Nordics | Scale-Up

This isn’t a demo role. It’s technical ownership of the deal, from first demo to proof of value to signature.

Our client is a behavior intelligence company for the agentic enterprise. Its platform uses behavioral analytics to detect risk across users, devices and AI agents, and it is expanding its enterprise customer base across Benelux and the Nordics.

What we need:

Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken

7+ years of vendor-side experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture or pre-sales

A solid background in security analytics or threat detection

Proven track record running demos, technical discovery and proofs of concept independently

Experience covering Benelux and/or Nordic accounts

Comfortable with CISOs, SOC teams, account executives and channel partners

Start-up drive: hands-on, self-starting, happy to build rather than follow a playbook

Experience at a challenger or scale-up security vendor is an advantage, as is a Nordic language

What you’ll own:

Technical discovery and solution design for threat detection and AI agent security use cases

Demos, proofs of concept and technical wins from first call to close

Close work with account executives on territory and pipeline strategy

Partner and MSSP technical enablement

RFPs and security questionnaires

Customer and field feedback to product

The team is growing, so you will help shape how pre-sales works in the region
